Правка шапки черновика (Q4): производственный объект / дата / тип смены — если рапорт завели по ошибке. Разрешено ТОЛЬКО в статусе draft (после формирования сервер вернёт 409). Частично: шли только изменённые поля. Синхронный @Idempotent; инвалидирует список + карточку рапорта.
