Число непрочитанных уведомлений получателя (BL-08) — для бейджа в UI. Сервер
считает адресованные строки без receipt'а. Под ключом notifications.unreadCount
(вложен в notifications.all) — инвалидация ленты/realtime обновляет и счётчик.
