Правка карточки актива: паспортное наименование из реестра заказчика. PATCH /eam/assets/:id. Инвентарный (гаражный) номер этим хуком не меняется — он natural key реестра и в тело запроса не входит. Авто-Idempotency-Key; на успехе инвалидирует карточку и список активов.
