Редактирование паспорта актива (EAM 1.2 доработка, Задача 3a/3c): паспортная табличка, типизированные характеристики (по классу) и гарантия. PATCH /eam/assets/:id/passport, частичное обновление. Авто-Idempotency-Key; на успехе инвалидирует карточку и список активов.
